With the 2026 general election approaching, the Clark County Election Department announced key voting dates, ballot tracking resources and polling procedures for residents preparing to cast their ballots.
Election Day is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 3, with the two-week early voting period running from Saturday, Oct. 17, through Friday, Oct. 30. Election officials confirmed that official mail ballots and sample ballots have been distributed by mail to all active registered voters in Clark County. Voters can track the transit and processing status of their mail ballots from delivery through counting via the state’s tracking tool at MyBallot.NV.gov.
For residents planning to cast their ballots at polling locations, election administrators reiterated the updated in-person voting procedure first implemented during the 2026 primary election. Under the system, voters make their selections on voting machines, print and visually inspect a paper ballot for accuracy, and then feed the verified paper ballot into an electronic tabulator to officially record their vote. The department published a step-by-step instructional tutorial, “Voting is as Easy as 1-2-3,” to help voters familiarize themselves with the tabulators before arriving at vote centers.
To expand accessibility for voters with disabilities, Clark County arranged for American Sign Language interpreters to assist Deaf and hard-of-hearing voters at designated early voting polling locations throughout the county. A full roster of dates, times and participating vote centers hosting interpreters is available on the election website.
County officials encouraged voters to verify their voter registration status, review digital copies of sample ballots and locate neighborhood vote centers by accessing the county’s voter portal. The Clark County Election Department will also post daily early voting turnout figures and publish unofficial results on its website following the close of polls on Election Day.
